Mom's Beer Bread
3 cups self rising flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1-12 oz Beer

Mix ingredients and bake on 350 degrees
for 20 minutes.
Pour 3 Tablespoons of melted butter on top.
Bake an additional 20 minutes.
Let cool.

Johanna made it with whole wheat flour and it turned out really well,
but you have to add the "rising" ingredients to it yourself.

My mom has made it with cheddar cheese mixed in and it was really good to!
