1 6oz can tomato paste
1 c. of water
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1Tbls+1tsp. Italian Seasoning (or 1/2 Tbls. oregano, 1/2Tbls. basil, 1/2 tsp. rosemary)
salt and pepper to taste
mix well and let stand several hours to allow flavors to blend.
