Artichoke Dip

- 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 3/4 c Italian cheese mix (with parmesean and mozzarella)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Salt, to taste

Drain artichokes, rinse well, and dice. Mix in mayo, cheese, and garlic.
Bake at 375 for 25-30 mins.
